New RedBoot Version (Patch for eCos-BSP v2.0.92)

Hi!

While testing the new flash devices on the DNP/5280 platform with our eCos environment (e.g. RedBoot), we found out that we need some adjustment in one of the basic routines in the eCos HAL.

The required changes had been backported from the eCos master sources and allow a configurable delay between polling during block erase.

For the DNP/5280 platform HAL package, an appropriate delay had been checked and tested extensively.

As a result we updated the RedBoot binaries which are pre-programmed as factory default.
