is there any possibility to upload new u-boot into DNP9200?
I mean upload it in some lower layer than via existing u-boot. I know that u-boot could be rewritten in flash from u-boot running ... |

Well I found out, how to do that. All that you need is to edit module dnp9200 and join both separated parts of flash into the bigger one, complile and use this new module. |
